My first picture on TE was"Muscadel in dordogne"taken in september 2004 you can see here the grappes one month later yes it's surprising but necessary to make Monbazillac.
Although the berrys don't have a good looking they're delicious with a taste of jam candy a real sweet.

C'est très joliment pris, avec le soleil en transparence et malgré la moisissure, cela reste tout à fait appétissant. Bonne profondeur de champ et note intéressante !

Beautiful light and colors in this shot,it´s also very crisp and clear.
I made a Ws and played a bit with different croppings to get the burned out parts out.

Très belle réussite pour ce partage. Tant la note que la photo, tout est intéressant. Je connaissais le principe de la pourriture noble pour faire des vins moelleux ou liquoreux, mais je n'avais eu l'occasion de voir comme cela les grains nobles. La photo est très nette et on peut bien voir la pourriture agir. La lumière derrière permet d'avoir un bel effet de transparence. Elle met aussi bien en valeur le sujet grâce au contraste entre le foncé de la grappe et la clarté de la vigne que l'on devine à l'arrière plan. Vraiment, bravo. Amicalement.

I've been studying wine in my free time recently and had read a little about "noble rot." Unfortunately the book that I had bought only had a picture from several feet away. This is an excellent close-up. I like the effect of the sunlight hitting the grapes from behind.

Full in beautiful light, especially I like round lights like the shape of the grape in the right.
Solidity the grapes is also wonderful.

Ca m'evoque fortement nos vendanges tardives recoltees debut novembre, ca !
C'est super bien prix et detaille, la profondeur de champ est excellente pour detacher la grappe et la lumiere laterale qui frappe les raisins est superbe.

Je n'avais jamais eu l'occasion de voir cette "pourriture noble" mais grâce à cette magnifique photo c'est chose faite. Très belle macro avec une lumière excellente qui nous donne tous les détails, cette grappe ressort à merveille sur le fond flouté. Bravo.
