Photographer's Note

The village of Grass is one of the many fishing villages bordering the Bay of Arcachon, it may be best known to the Cap Ferret. Listed as a scenic spot since 1981, this charming oyster village is the place of the Cap Ferret where you can stroll in peace. Appreciated for its authenticity, the village of Grass has retained and preserved its traditions, with its pretty wooden houses that are also colorful office workplace fishermen and oyster farmers, and alleys that lead mostly to range. Some of the fishermen's huts are even trees and the town strives to maintain the traditional look that is the pride of its inhabitants and the joy of its visitors. Accessible via Boulevard beach or by the stairs at the roundabout at the bird island overlooking the village and offers stunning views. Take the opportunity to enjoy fresh oysters with a glass of white wine in one of the oyster farmers of the village.
