Photographer's Note

Bordeaux has since the end of July 2006 the largest waterfall in the world mirror (3450 m2). Facing the Place de la Bourse, between the dock and the dock Customs Louis XVIII, the water mirror alternates extraordinary mirror effects and fog. Enchantment created by the fountain Jean-Max Llorca, the reflecting pool is the centerpiece of the docks of Bordeaux rééaménagés by landscape architect Michel Corajoud. Other cities in the world, like Quebec, studying the construction of similar equipment.
The reflecting pool runs daily from 10am to 22pm, with the following cycle: 3 minutes filling 15 minutes of mirror, 5 minutes and drain 3 mn fog.
