Photographer's Note

I am in Bayonne in Basque country this evening, before a 5 days photo trip on the north coast of Spain, from Basque Country to Asturias. So I've been in the centre of Bayonne, a town I often heard about but that I had never visited. Here is a picture of Saint Mary of Bayonne cathedral, one of the landmarks of the city. It was built between 13th and 16th century. It is filed as Unesco site from 1998 because it is on Santiago de Compostela french ways. The streets around the cathedral are very nice too, with many half timbered houses typical of the Basque Country, that add many colours to the streets of the city.
