Photographer's Note
The 85 flowers bouquet entitled "Flower Tree", made by Korean artist JEONG HWA CHOI, was exposed on the Antonin Poncet square for the Biennial of Contemporary Art in 2003. After pursuing its career as an artwork through exhibitions, the city of Lyon decided to acquire in July 2006. It was reinstalled on the square for the 2007 Biennial.
The tree may be moved, since the architect of the Buildings of France said it blocked the view of the dock.

Hi Philippe,
wow, what a great bouquet - fantastic colours, and the evening light in the background make it stand out even more.

Hi Philippe!
It looks so "kitschy" but great!!!
I like the palete of bright colors and the nice tower in the background.
It`s a very good exposure with perfect sharpness overall.

I remember this bouquet from a photo you posted a while ago, I was actually hoping to see more of it. and here it is :) I like a lot how you have chosen to show it, the juxapostation with the tower in the bacground creates a fascinating distortion of scale and perspective. nice one, and the quality is flawless.
regards,
Kristine

Bonjour Philippe,
Je connais ce bouquet et je l'ai même photographié mais je dois reconnaître que ta photo est une réussite. J'aime la bonne utilisation de la profondeur de champ pour avoir en même temps la tour et le tout à l'heure bleue.
Amicalement
Jacques
