Photographer's Note
Senanque Abbey was the first place where I saw some real lavender field during my Provence trip. Wow.
It is really famous and the image of the abbey with the lavender fields in front of it is one of the most seen Provence photos ever. This image is a bit different, I took it from the road that leads to the abbey, from a distance (with the zoom lens).
Not much PP, only some contrast and saturation added.
In the workshop I tried to change the color of the abbey to make it blend more with the photo, but I prefer this one where it stands a bit out.

The midday light is not the best for good photography but your shot is really beautiful. The church on one corner and the diagonal lines of the lavender plantation make the perfect composition. And the POV is really superb. Congratulations.

Hi Sabrina, great photo! The little church in the corner adds a perfect frame to the shot.

Ciao Sabrina!
Ottimo scatto, grazie mille!
