Photographer's Note
I took a picture of this beautiful butterfly in the small town of Goudron. The background of the picture gives an idea of the beautiful mountain landscape you find in Provence. I thought before I got there that all there was was palm trees and beaches and lavendar fields, I had no idea that it was so close to the mountains (the Alps) and that this made such a big part of the landscape itself.
