Photographer's Note

Perched at 697 m, the fortress of Puilaurens represents without any doubt, in the heart of the Cathare Country, the most succeeded expression of the military architecture of the Middle Ages. Divided between the departments of the Aude and Oriental-Pyrenees, Fenouilledes announces in North the last escarpments of Corbieres and in the South the first buttresses of the Pyrenees.

This time I ridiculed the rule of the thirds, behind me there was a large package of clouds which threatened to mask the sun, not time for a brain storm. OK ! Ready for this first picture... "Click".
