The City of Carcassonne is a medieval architectural unit which is in the French city of Carcassonne in the department of the Aude. She is located on right bank of the Aude, in the south-east of the current city. Constituted since the Gallo-Roman period, the city is a strengthened city which comprises a castle (the castle comtal) and a basilica (the Saint-Nazaire basilica). The City of Carcassonne is classified with the world inheritance of UNESCO since 1997. The castle comtal, the fortifications, the lices1 and the turns belong to the State and are managed by the monuments historiques2, while the remainder of the City forms part of the municipal field

l'idee etait bonne, mais la mesure de la lumiere n'a pas été faite au bon endroit : resultat l'arche est bien exposée et une bonne partie de l'image est surexposée ... et les perspectives ... on dirait un chateau de cartes qui ne demande qu'à tomber ...

une bonne composition avec les arches qui partent dans tous les sens sous une bonne lumiére et donne de belles couleurs aux pierres, bien travaillé

Hi Cedric,

Very playful composition using the arcs to make the eyes jump across the image. Very good decision to use the first arch to frame the rest of the photo.
