Photographer's Note

As written before on one posting I never miss an opportunity to visit La Défense every time I go to Paris.
The Alexander Calder Stabile was freshly repainted, so I took a new picture on a fair day.

Bonsoir Izzet,

Je me suis essayé plusieurs fois à ce monument sans succès.
J'apprécie donc d'autant plus l'angle de vue que tu as trouvé avec ce cadrage centré de la tour.
Ce n'était pas évident.

Sanırım eski fotoğrafınıza atıfta bulunmuşsunuz. aradan yediyıl geçmesine rağmen aynı açıyı bulup fotoğraflamak için galiba sizin gibi usta gözlere sahip olmak gerek. mavi fonda kırmızıyı zevkle izliyorum.

Hello Izzet,

Nice to see the photo you took of the Stabile. I took some 2 months ago but my point of view was very different.
One of the great interest of TE is the fact we can share very different approaches of point of view, composition and framing of a same subject.
Here I appreciate a lot the choice you did to produce this shot: good composition and use of the colors.

after all the fairy-tale shots from Switzerland this one here is almost sobering. The clear lines of the quite modern architecture is pure graphism and you know quite well how much I like this. Very good play with the different elements at the different levels.
