Photographer's Note

Named Human Rights Plaza, the higher terrace of Trocadero is bordered on its length of basins and gilded bronze statues representing seven women and a man.

The ones you can see on this photo are Flore, La Campagne (countryside) and Le Printemps (Spring).

The wide esplanade leaves an open view on the Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars and Ecole Militaire (military school of Paris).

You can see the first statue is trying to quit smoking, because she's having a patch on her shoulder...
