Photographer's Note

I saw this one day and had to take a picture. It absolutely cracked me up. It was taken on the side of a post-office in Southern Paris. This is where you tie up your dog while you go post your letters.

An interested point to know is that Paris has the highest population of dogs per capita in Europe. (One dog for every ten people). And Parisians LOVE their dogs! They take them everywhere including restaurants, where I once saw a man insist on having a chair for his dog then he proceeded to use his dog as a coat rack, putting his hat and scarf on the dog, who didn't seem to mind at all. Apparently though this post-office is one of the few places in which it is politely discouraged to bring dogs.
