Photographer's Note
For sure, you can't see how wonderful is the baby ;)
But I promiss you he is very nice.
What his mother is saying to him? :°)
I took this shot in the Cour Saint-Emilion, a lovely place of Paris situated in the 12th district, in Bercy.
If you go to Paris then you must visit it because it is very different and alive, not like other places of the town.

Bon soir, David!
Even though blocks of flats seem to be a bit overexposed, they really mix in well with all other elements in this frame.
The composition is fantastic and the mother with her child really seem to be happy enjoying this serene place by the water.
What a lovely place to spent an afternoon!

What a nice family photo. The place shown here must be very family friendly with such beautiful natural environment for people to enjoy.

Took the time to highlite and crop. Just a different look. To focus on the family and not the buildings in rear..enjoy

Hi David,
Strong contrast between a bit overexposed houses and the more gray than green vegetation is very interesting. I wasn't sure, if I like it at first, but it gives the picture very fine mood. In any case, composition is definitely perfect. Thanks for sharing the picture and for the tip for Paris trip.

Hi David. Beautiful work. I like how peaceful, serene, and innocent this composition is. But I also love the super-white buildings in the background and how they fill out the shot. Fantastic focus and clarity too. Well seen David!

Hello David.
Jolie compo.

Bien vu, David.
Amitiés.

Your notes are about the 12th district in Paris, and this is appropriate, for this photo shows not only an intimate scene, it also shows these fine people in their environment. Nice work!

Hello david,
Bell compo, bien cadree.

Salut David,
Bon travail..

A very nice post, David. I wish the buildings weren't quite so white, but the image of mother and baby is darling. This is a very peaceful and loving scene.
