Photographer's Note

We are looking from Quai Malaquais on the south bank towards Pont du Carrousel, Quai du Louver, and the louvre on the north bank across the Seine. On this day I remember was a very cold day. It is very rare for me go outside with a unique intention to take photographs. But this day, I went out actually to look for subjects. All day I walked, all day I looked, but I found nothing particularly interesting. On my way back from St. Germain and Odeon areas. I came to this spot and was gazing towards the Louvre. And I saw the sun in the fašade of the Louvre.. just for a few minutes. It was the tiniest, and only a handful of sunset that I ever saw.
