Story of a battle
In the medieval days of Sully, there was this valorous warrior who described one of the battles of Carcassonne. The steps which reach on the heights of the fortress were built sufficiently high for prevent the progression of the enemy infantrymen equipped by armours.
To be able to go up, the soldiers were obliged to take off their metal leggings and it is at this time that the archers of the castle could reach the invaders by shutting in their legs.
