It's a pity that I couldn't get closer without disturbing other skaters. Using full zoom and some crop is not what I preferred.
But it's better than no photo at all. I think some things are just too cute to be ignored.

Nice capture, well framed and good exposure, Kari. The zoom and crop has worked well here - I can't see much noise in your image. I noted the helmets on the kids. It reminded me of an image that Chuck Kuhn posted a few days ago of a street full of motorcyclists in Vietnam where not one was wearing a helmet - it all comes down to education and awareness I guess.
