Photographer's Note

These alien-looking plants (Equisetum arvense) known as Common Horsetail were apparently used as medicin due to their high contents of minerals such as potassium and calcium. To me, however, it is just the first sign of spring among Coltsfoots.

The idea of taking a picture from the plants rising from the water came to me as soon as I saw them. This composition with shadows and reflections didn't need any fiddling with the computer.
