I have shown this old house before. Here it is ten years ago and here 23 years ago. Now this place has no more permanent residents. Rust never sleeps and there's no such thing as everlasting paint.

Hi Kari,it's very interesting to see the differences of the same place along its history,in effect the things are changes and we can see the signs of the time. Hello Kari,

It is very interesting to look at the same feature over to time to note its changes but I can also see how you have improved with your photography skills. For me, this is the best.
The light is very good, seeming to create 3D images and I like how you have created the sense of depth by anchoring the f/g with the snow covered fronds.

Hello Kari,
I like such comparisons of the same place over a number of years. Some changes are always obvious, in this case like paint fading and trees that have been cut down. Only the snow looks the same through the years. Still, the characters of the photos are quite different. In this photo you captured a beautiful light, which on Christmas Eve could not have lasted long.

We get a less pictures of Finland but this is a nice winter picture

Hello Kari, I like the way that the sunlight has highlighted certain parts of the scene.
The snow coated grasses in the foreground frame the picture nicely.

A remarkable series of three pictures about the same house.
Each time taken from a different point of view but always with a very beautiful light.
Your new picture shows a wonderful light pink colour on the roof with lots of different bluish tones in the surroundings.
All pictures are perfectly composed.
