Photographer's Note

A classic view of Tallinn skyline seen under a thin snow cover. On the picture you can see some of the Medieval towers being part of the town surrounding wall, and in the middle, St Olav's gothic Church, built in the 13th century, the tallest building in Europe between 1549 and 1625 (159 meters high !). The church was named after the Norwegian king Olav II Haraldsson, who is considered to be the protector of seafarers.
