Photographer's Note

This is the President's Palace in Tallinn, Estonia, built in 1938. It is located in a large public park called Kadriorg a short distance east of the city centre. The main attractions of the park are two art museums.

I was a bit unsure whether I could enter the courtyard immediately in front of the palace (had this been Africa I could have got arrested for even looking at the palace), but when nobody stopped this group of bicycle tourists I quickly followed them.

It doesn't matter that I didn't include the entire flagpole, because they didn't fly the blue, black and white flag, meaning the President was not in the country that day.

I will add a workshop showing the palace from another angle.
