Photographer's Note

The church of Svaneke lies 18 m above sea level (a rare thing in Denmark). Her oldest parts are from approx. 1300, her newest part is the nave from 1837.
The reddish colour was a fashion colour in the 19th century.

Taken on slide film with Canon A1, professionally digitalized.
The tower bears a golden swan, the city's heraldic animal, it is higher than you might suppose, to step further back was not possible, so I had to crop either nave or tower and decided for the latter.
