#300 - Copenhagen Harbour
Please, take also a look at the large post

Today it’s time for picture nr.300. And I would like to share this panorama-view of the Harbour of Copenhagen, with a lot of buildings that I already have showed before and it’s also a view from my daily life in the time I lived in Copenhagen, since I crossed the bridge I took this picture from every cycling to the University.

The following buildings are in this picture, let’s start at the left hand side of the picture.
The first tower you can see is the one of the Danish Building of Parliament, Christianborg Slot.
The second tower right next to it is part of Nikolaj Kirke.
The big black building is the new part of Det Kongelige Bibliotek (Riyal Library), called Den Sorte Diamant (The Black Diamond).
The building in the background, behind the bridge, which is called Knippelsbro, you can see the new Opera Building of Copenhagen, Operaen.
The part of the city on the right hand side of the shot is called Christianshavn with the tower of Vor Frelsers Kirke.

The bridge I was standing on is called Langebro and connects the centre of Copenhagen with the isle of Amager, more precise the part of the city called Islands Brygge.
I hope you like this picture!
