Photographer's Note

We finally got winter in Denmark yesterday. First came the snow and then the cold nights, with freezing temperatures down to –14 deg Celsius. I can remember mornings like this, from most winters. The low temperatures and small sharp clouds of haze hanging only a few meters above the ground, no wind and the sun giving a beautiful light as it raises – Too bad - I didn’t get photos of this; but I did get this image (and a lot similar ones). The air was very clear under the old Oak trees – but between the Cheeps and the sun there was a thin cloud giving this special light.

As usual couldn’t I decide between to photo, so you get the other as a workshop – please compare -
I’m in doubt.

Picture treatments: Resize, normal colour saturation and colour temperature cold (blue)
