Photographer's Note

This is a 2nd photo is taken from the Powder Gate in Prague. From top of the Gate you have a wonderful view of the Old Town with the Tyn Church,the Prague Castle and the Saint Vitus Cathedral.

In the 11th century the Powder Gate was one of thirteen entrances to Prague's Old Town. The work on the present structure of the gate started during the reign of King Vladislav II in 1475 and was modelled on Peter Parler's the Old Town Bridge Tower, of the Charles Bridge. From top of the Gate you have a wonderful view of the Old Town and Hradčany, the Prague Castle.
