A lovely moody composition. Ideal point of view with the church tower supplying a very effective focal point. Well exposed with fine colours and clarity. I like the presence of the two people, who contribute to the atmosphere.

Hello Elvira,
I like the tight vertical shape and how you used the nearest walls to frame the view of the tower. The three silhouettes of persons standing in front of the warm light in the alley create a very nice atmosphere. It's also a very well exposed photo.

Hello Elvira,

The narrowness of the street makes it feel like a secret passage, drawing us inwards and certainly the warm glow is another attractive feature.
The illuminated tower of the castle seems like the ultimate goal of these silhouetted figures.
Your fine photograph has developed an adventurous scenario within my mind!

Hallo Elvira,
Wat een schitterende foto, gemaakt toen het avondlicht heel bijzonder was en voor een prachtig contrast zorgde met de verlichting van de toren en de warme gloed in het steegje beneden, waartegen de mensen zo mooi afsteken. De vertical compositie is heel sterk met een goede omlijsting door de huizen.

I know this view very well, I have the exact same photo :)
Its a lovely place to spend a quiet day or two isn't it. The yellow light along the bottom is sweet, adding a contrast to the blue light high above. and of course the tower and the small alley way is so quaint. nice shot indeed. cheers

I love the mixed light - natural & artificial of the evening and this is an opportunistic point & shoot transforming an ordinary subject for an excellent photography where focus is on the stark silhouetted figs which has greatly enhanced the pic quality. The timing is precise, Excellent.
