Photographer's Note

Waterfalls of the Krka River is a must attraction of Croatia. Wide rocky floor, which sculpt the edges of stacked mass of water, make a very impressive sight. Stay in the national park Krka worth combined with baths in the river, and a visit to Sibenik, Slavic village lying just above the mouth of the Krka.

To Skradinski Buk waterfall, located at the junction of green river Eikola with blue waters of the river Krka, will take us from a very sympathetic town Skradin park ferry (flight included). Ticked to ferry and visit the park you can buy in Skradin and then follow the narrow path to the charming, grassy clearing among the trees, with a view of the first series of cascades Krka. It's the perfect place for a picnic, especially since there is only one in the park Krka, swimming pool surrounded by ropes, a safe distance from the falls. To explore Skradinski Buk allow approximately two hours.

A nearby bridge, we go across the river Krka. Already closed the plant on the right was one of the first in Europe - it was launched in 1895, and nearby ©ibenik became the first city in the Austro-Hungarian electrical energy supplied. Although the exhibition is interesting, it can not compare to the view of the numerous streams and waterfalls. River Krka falls in this place 17 cascades with a total height of 46 m and width 200 m.
