Hello Simon,
welcome to Trekearth family. Very good idea, untypical view at Dubrovnik. The sea and the sky have almost the same colour, so it looks like they merged - I like it.

I think it misses a bit of contrast, but the composition is reallt good, with the chaotic group of roofs to introduce the island in the background. A very good job.
