Photographer's Note

After another week of strike activities leading to nothing for the moment, I went to see the sea to get some inspiration and peace yesterday morning and I was suprprised to see fishermen.
I hope, I've been able to convey you the quiet of the moment and the wonderful morning colours at 7.30 a.m.

Hello Valeria,
Quite a simple composition but still very effective. The whole has a peaceful calm atmosphere about it. The two men and their rods are nicely placed in the frame and the bicycle is a definite plus. Pleasing soft light and tones.

great silhouette shot, I particularly appreciate the almost ambiguous (technically speaking) feel of this picture. It's all almost monochromatic, yet all the early morning colors are very tangible.
Whenever I see a frozen moment annex untold story, like portrayed in your shot, I can't but feel totally at home...
Very, very soulful!

Hi dear Valeria,
This one is -in my opinion- better than the second one. Here the fishing rods and the bycicle gives a special note to the capture. Very nice compo and very good pov.
