Photographer's Note
This is the bridge in Sarajevo where the Archduke Franz Ferdinand from Austria & his wife Sophie were assassinated by Gavrilo Princip in 1914. The fatal shots precipitating WWI were fired from the left. The Ottoman built bridge dates from 1565 AD, replacing an earlier wooden bridge built in 1541 AD. More info here:

Hello Chris,
This is a beautiful old bridge, which you captured from a well-chosen angle and in a very pleasant, bright sunlight. Most interesting to see this place, where such an important part of world history took place.

Hi Chris
hmmm...interesting history for obvious reasons.
this is quite the attractive bridge isn't it? I certainly think so. and to have that yellow building with the red rooftop behind it only makes the scene that much better.
love the 2 smaller circles in the stone bridge, and the arches are beautiful too. wonderful exposure and colors. cheers

First word that came to mind was "balanced" and the photo is well allocated over the pic. space and the colors in fine contrast, Chris.
I can detect 4 generations of arcghitecture's designs, where the bridge is the oldest one.
Bravo,
Ike

perspective and depth are perfect and nice image of the city in background.
Very well done, TFS.

Bonjour Chris,
Quel beau petit pont.

Hello Chris,
It's a nice bridge and a fine glimpse of the hills above Sarajevo. Actually I think Franz Ferdinand was shot in the street to the left, not on the bridge, according to the internet and what I remember from the nearby small museum dedicated to the assassination.
Best wishes,
Gert

Hello Chris,
Not a Turkish bridge from Bosnia but a Latin one.
Presented from a good angle. At the other side of the river we find buildings in different style.
The forested slopes make an attractive background.
Best regards, Paul
