Photographer's Note

This is an other picture out the series Ryckevelde.
I found this autumn image in my archive, it castle from Ryckevelde in Male on 5 mile of Bruges.
I took this picture early in the morning, it was minus 2 degree but a beautiful quiet day in October 2007.

It seem an castle in background, this is a part of the big castle.

Castle Ryckevelde is a fairly new castle and is situated in an excellent condition. The style in which the castle is built (neo-gothic style), betrays the age al It was commissioned by Raphael Baron Gilles de Pelichy built between 1913 and 1929. The family remained there until 1946 but live. Central falls directly pointed tower, in the left wing is the chapel. On the back is a spacious garden with a zoo and a large pond. From one of the many benches along the footpath around the zoo you can eg deer, ostriches and various waterfowl admire.

I used a monopod

I hope that you like it.
