Photographer's Note
When I found the photos from Belgium, I can post other ones from Damme. There are many photos of the windmill, so I will not add mine, but close to the mill, I saw this nice small building with an interesting facade, with something like a carillon. Maybe John knows something about it.
In WS, another nice house nearby, it was already shown here.
In Workshop #2 we see a biker going along the canal, just close to Damme. We can imagine that this is a path John chooses for his everyday biking rides.
I hope you will like it.

Hello Malgo,
This looks like a garage, or maybe a barn. In any case it's a remarkably nicely decorated facade. It's also beautifully surrounded by trees and bushes. The dark clouds may have brought heavy rain later, but so far they looked good in the photo. Nice WS pictures too. I see that John showed the building, but from another angle and at another time of the year, so the colours were different.
Best regards,
Gert

Hello Malgo,
Your three picture are for me a little coming home.
All three the pictures taken along the canal Damme - Bruges.
Most visited cycling route in this region, also for people that make a stroll.
Of cours the frontage with bells makes most impression.
Lovely pictures and a remember to Belgium for you.
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards,
John

Hi Malgo,
The vegetation is framing well the building. The point of view is showing the details of the small building. The light is giving good colors rendering. Have a nice day.

Hello Malgo, it is an unusual building with the bells on the front, yet they do not look as if they can be rung, or am I missing something?
This is well worthy of a shot, and thanks for the extras in the workshop.
Kind regards, Jean.

Hello Malgo
An interesting old building with reasonable sharpness and good colour and saturation. Well framed and composed. Good light contrasts between the sunny fg and ominous bg. Tfs!

Lovely shot to complement John's "damme fine" pictures, Malgo. Dark and threatening sky at the top half of the frame, yet bold colours below. The house with the small carillion makes a great topic and it's well postioned in your pov/composition here.

Ten budyneczek jest naprawde uroczy, szczegolnie wlasnie te szczegoly nad brama. Tez jestem ciekawa do czego sluzyly te dzwonki, moze tylko do ozdoby. Wszechobecna zielen, a takze swiatlo, tworza szczegolna atmosfere.
Domek w WS tez sliczny, a droga rzeczywiscie wyglada jak ze zdjec Johna.
Pozdrawiam serdecznie

Hello Malgo,
The green parts are very well saturated and stand out so well from the dark clouds behind this charming old building, whose white walls add a nice contrast also.

Hello Malgo,
Could it be that you took the photo with the cyclist on the long road next to the canal that runs from Damme to Bruges?
There are trees on the left and right of the road. On the far left you can also see treetops. I think the canal runs between these treetops and the row of trees to the left of the road.
So you found this building with the many bells close to the windmill, the Schellemill. I cannot remember this house. You have to be very tall to ring one of the bells :)
The windmill is a popular sight. There are no mills everywhere in Belgium. Not at all where I live :)
Your main picture shows lots of different shades of green.
Best regards, Paul

A lovely well composed image. The lighting is quite special and the sky makes a good background. The building is quite fascinating.

Hi Malgo,
Those bells are quite surprising theme on that little facade. Very nice surrounding garden. Darker sky is quite dramatic.

Hi Malgo
Great sky above the unusual building (a church?). And maybe that is John riding his bike in the WS although I think not.
cheers

The dark sky ,makes a gorgeous backdrop for your chapel and makes the colours even bolder.

Hello Malgo,
When you find something unusual, you hope that a local contributor will be able to explain its purpose. It is an unusual feature, with so many bells. Perhaps, it once had a mechanism which linked it to the clock to ring the bells appropriately.
You have chosen a fine viewpoint, using the cobbled path very effectively, and the building shows up well against the threatening sky. Who says a blue sky is necessary!
Your photograph with the long road is very much like something John would post.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

uma construção curiosa, parece uma capela, mas pode ser apenas um celeiro transformado por alguém numa capela. um daqueles pequenos tesouros que o viajante encontra ao caminhar pelo mundo. lindas fotos no WS também.

Hi Malgo.
A charming building that, due to its paved driveway and its large door, could be a garage, but in any case an ideal construction, with that carillon and surrounded by beautiful rose bushes.
I love in the WS the perspective of the bike path and the little house that looks like a fairy tale.
A fantastic photo, with beautiful natural colors, very good lighting and excellent sharpness.
Very well done. I love it.
Enjoy the weekend.
Very best regards.
Luis.
P/D: If I was inside and visited the Mtskheta cathedral complex, soon they will upload some photos.

Hello Malgo,
What a cute little building, I wonder if it is a house or a garage. I don't see a cross, but with all those bells, could it be a chapel?
Regards,
MT
