I was in Ghent this afternoon, I could take quick pictures, with a shining sun and blue sky land a quiet place with the old facades in the background

The Monastery on 200m of this place.
The Augustine Monastery in Ghent was founded on November 24, 1296 when the Augustines settled in Ghent with the blessing of the Bishop of Tournai. The monastery is also connected to St. Stephen's Church.
The monastery is located between Augustijnkaai on the Lieve and the Academie Street. The monastery was protected as a monument of real estate on September 20, 1958.
