Great subject, great day. I think this would work better as a photograph (and less as an architectural study), if it was cropped half-way between the clock-tower and the right frame edge. You would then need to balance by removing some of the bottom too.
Some minor sharpening, and a little more contrast would then make this a really good photograph.
It depends I guess on your intent - art or building study?
