Photographer's Note

The building of the Drama Theatre which fascinates with its modern design. The Grodno Drama Theater, sometimes called as Regional Drama Theater of Grodno, is the official seat of the theather that is located on the right bank of the Neman River, in the city of Grodno. The building is mostly used for theatrical plays, however, it is also used for concerts. Built between 1977 and 1984, the building has a futuristic shape which was designed by the architects A. Machulsky and A. Parkhuta, with the collaboration of the sculptor L. Zilber, who designed the equestrian sculpture at the entrance of the building, which is actually a Pegasus that carries a man and a woman on its wings.

I think this buidling is a landmark in the town.

The pegasus statue and the male and female sculptures either side add an interesting decoration to the facade of this theatre. Good sharpness and a nice blue sky backdrop. Tfs!

I can see the dedication of the architects and the sculptor in the design of this theatre. With the symmetry in the facades they tried to achieve a severe character to the building appropriate to a drama theatre.

Extraordinary architecture's design for this Theatre, Piotr.
With the statue in front, manage a fine combined view, contrast and depth, almost as a 3D scale.

Foto realmente muito boa! O ângulo mais central foi muito bem escolhido. As cores, a nitidez e a luz são perfeitas. O céu tem um azul muito bonito e as nuvens estão dispostas de uma forma muito interessante.
