Photographer's Note

In 1983 they let Hundertwasser renew an old and boring building in Wienna, renovation lasted 3 years. Hundertwasser thought that buildings should have personalities as their tenants do, every single flat should have its own special look and design to match the people who live there. Trees should grow in the building on every floor and spread their branches through the windows... After that he designed few buildings more, church and gas station among them.

Here you can see an entrance into the "Hundertwasser house", in foreground you can notice deliberately unleveled pavement, such as the floor inside the house.

The colors may look over-saturated, but they are not, he used as vivid colors as he could.

PS: I think I'll post some more (so-so realized) photos of his well realized ideas.
