Photographer's Note

Here I am trying another return after an absence of almost one year... I will try to stay and fight my lazyness because I really miss the good times I had in this site, the people I knew here, the critics and everything else that helped me a lot regaining the joy of photography and made me evolve both technically and aesthetically.

This one was taken last month at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Meritxell (Mare de Déu de Meritxell in Catalan), the sanctuary of the patron saint of Andorra. The original church was built in the Middle Ages (12th century?) and was rebuilt in the 16th century, but it was destroyed by a fire in 1972. The actual building was designed by by the Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill and inaugurated in 1976.
