C'est triste une ecole sans elves et profs... Encore une fois une photo plaine de sensibilite, j'aime la composition, les chaises comme qui encadrent l'enfant.

Admire the picture! Children are so charming but difficult heroes.. Lucky of you to show the girl as nobody else was in the room.. she is in her world, resloving her own questions.. Excellent B&W helps to concentrate on her silhouette.. small feets without shoes.. touching and beautiful portrait!

A very sad scene, Patrick, but you've depicted it beautifully, as your PP and the light put the emphasis on the girl's face. It's hard to imagine her future as much of an improvement over her parents' life. She looks as though she's been abandoned, and in a cultural sense I guess she has. Regards, Ken.

Votre collection, Patrick, est incroyable. Je suis souvent gênée par les photos d'enfants pauvres. Je les sens parfois racoleuses, et je me sens voyeur(se) malgré moi.
Les vôtres sont tellement dignes et belles qu'à aucun moment, ce sentiment là ne m'a effleuré en les regardant.
C'est pour cela que je pense que c'est du grand journalisme.
