Dunn's River Falls is a famous waterfall near Ocho Rios about 180 feet (55 m) high and 600 feet (180 m) long. The waterfalls are terraced like giant stair steps. Climbing up the waterfalls is a popular tourist activity. It is one of the very few travertine waterfalls in the world that actually empties directly into the sea. It was the site of a location shoot for the 1988 Tom Cruise film Cocktail along with the James Bond film Dr No.
