Photographer's Note

This is my first desaturated B&W photo posted in TE.
I was passing through a very small village while taking a drive to go to Lago Enriquillo located deep in the southeast part of Dominican Republic, we were trying to catch some pictures of flamingos at the lake but because the Noel storm at the end of last year all the paths reaching the lake were still flooded.
Later we found this group of children plying on the road with some old wheels, It was funny because every time they reached the final line and returned in front of us they all came straight toward me in an irregular and chaos way each of them trying to be first to get a picture and I wasn't able to get it.
This is one of poorest region of our country and there is a mixture of Haitians and Dominicans living together.

In my WS you can see the original shot in color.

Hope you like it.
