Photographer's Note

I took this in K'Long, the famous Rooster Village, not far from Dalat. This village, with around 700 inhabitants of K'hor ethnic minority, got its name from a huge statue of a rooster that is placed in the village. The rooster was made by an artist from Dalat and it represents a famous legend (a kind of Romeu and Juliet), closely connected to the culture of the inhabitants. It also shelters a water bump to supply water to the village.
Many tourists stop here, as the inhabitants make nice ethnic tissues.
