Drying Vermicelliis used as a curtain for chidren game actually it is a main livelihood for villagers!

In the northen part of Viet Nam Cu Da village is famous for its traditional vermicelli making. After finishing raw wet vermicelli are dried by hanging on a stick, finally division of 200gr or 500gr vermicelli in each plastic bag are made. Through different channels e.g. self shop in the village, market or supermarket vermicelli enters every kitchen of Vietnamese. Ha Noi people particularly enjoy prepared vermicelli every morning before going to work.
