Photographer's Note

This is an image that is quite common in VN. A Vietnamese mobile vendor is mostly consists of a clay stove fill with coal, dishes & cooking and eating utensils, small plastic chairs for customers (usually 1/2 a dozen), plastic bags (for take out), and food. All of those things are not being store on a large rolling cart, but instead it is store on two large baskets hook on each end of a bamboo plank and carry by one person. That person is the owner, the cook, the waiter, and the cashier. Work hour for these people starts from early morning until everything is sold out. On a good day they could be done by midday, while on a bad day it could end late and everything is still not sold out.

Food sold from these vendors are extremely cheap, and are surprising delicious a lot of the time. A visit to VN cannot be without trying food from these mobile vendor.

This was taking on the sidewalk opposite of Hoan Kiem Lake in Ha Noi. It was 2-3 in the afternoon when this was taking, and it look like this lady has sold out everything. Must be a good day for her.

This was originally in color but I felt it would distract the viewer as I only want the focus to be on this lady.
