Photographer's Note

The Thai temples seem to be all about mosaic glass or tile or whatever is shiny. It is a much more colourful tradition, and cheaper, than the stone or wood Buddhist temples I have seen elsewhere. But how old is it? I have no idea.

I took this shot because it reminds me of a cinematographer I work with, who can't resist shooting into mirrors or through weathered glass, and using whatever is at hand to make a shot more optically interesting. This one is for you, Bob.
