Photographer's Note
With further apologies to James Joyce.
A few days ago, I posted a shot of a young boy creating some art at the Taipei Botanical Garden. This is another person doing much the same thing. The gardens are a great spot for people watching.
ISO 200, focal length 148mm, handheld. Typical PS adjustments, uncropped.

Again nothing but admiration for your ability to take natural portraits, this is a very good compo, and the artist is really talented, great that you got all hose colours in the painting, leaving all the suroundings looking rather pale, good work.
Added it to the "artists at work" theme By the way.

hi Darren, very nice picture, nicely composed, everything is sharp and well exposed, simple and nice

good shot Darren. i think it would have been nicer to have the real scene as the background, i mean the subject of the painting, but i know in most cases it is difficult to find the right angle.

A fine portrait at work which also shows his painting. The angle is of course a bit unusual to call it a portrait, taken from behind like that, but I think it shows enough of his face to be one. His contemplating concentration is well caught in the little we see of his face.
