Saisiat is another Taiwan indigenous ehtnicity,which poplulate in northern hill.Almost 5600 population.The most scared ceremony "Pastaay" hold each two years.It is about a history of with another population "Taay"(the dark dwarf).Taay had taught Saisiat people much wisdom of living in the mountain, but they always hector the Saisiat people.So after a revelry,Saisiat people killed all the dwarfs.The refugees told Saisiat people to hold the Pataay cereminy to remeber the dwarf people.
