Photographer's Note
We came across this mobile shop in a small coastal village just north of Columbo. The man stopped as he saw our delight at his shop and posed for the photo and to earn a little extra income (local tradition is to pay for a posed photo as this is the only income they have in poorer parts of the world). The ingenuity of people never ceases to amaze me. We communicated in the international language of BIG SMILES!!!
