Photographer's Note
The interior of Museum 1 of the Samsung Leeum Museum of Art was designed by Maria Botta, and includes a lobby, rotunda, and exhibition spaces. Above the lobby is an impressive circular dome, or the ‘rotunda’. Spiraling down like a helix, the rotunda delivers natural light into the basement lobby and exhibition spaces.

A very grainy picture with lots of noise and distortion, May. But on the other hand the composition is really strong, so in the end it works for me.
Cheers

Hello May, I like the composition of your shot with the black 'framing' to the right of the picture. It is a great contrast with all the light, the colours and the shapes of the circular dome.
It sounds like a wonderful place to visit.
Regards Jean.

Ciao May
hai ottenuto una bella foto per mostrarci questa spirale con la luce che viene trasmessa, non era facile mostrare in una foto ciò che gli occhi possono vedere nel loro insieme.
Ottimo lavoro.

Excellent composition. I love images such as these. The spiral guides us through the image. I particularly like how you have managed the light. It is something I find very hard to do. Thank you for sharing.

Hi May
this place reminds me of a recent post from Brenda in New York City.
Seems like Museums and Airports have become architectural gems lately.
really like the corkscrew twisting motion that is happening, also the contrasting light is sweet too.
excellent post for TE, we need more of this here
Cheers
