Photographer's Note

The front of the Krasnoyarsk train station with its very unusual architecture. We had about half an hour to walk around until the Transsiberian Railway would be leaving the station again so I checked out the train station and the large square in front of it while my boy-friend was heading for some fast food for breakfast. And as "Russian fast food" often consists of those really good bliny (pancakes thin as French crèpes) we enjoyed it very much. It was a very hot morning again and people sat at the square close to the fountain in order to catch some water drops to cool down. I was quite surprised about the "architectural style" of this train station but have no idea what it could be - maybe someone knows?
