Coron, a photo from Palawan, Southern Tagalog

It has been a while since I posted a photo here in TE. Anyway, I'm back and I would like to share my photos again.

This shot was taken in Coron, Palawan around 5:30pm. I wanted to use the kayak as foreground with the sunset at the background, but the kayak was constantly moving, so there was no way I could shoot with a long exposure. I tried several ways to stop the movement, and finally solved the problem by placing a rock under the kayak (the water level here was still shallow). A 26 sec exposure and the use of GND filter produced this tranquil shot of Coron Bay.

long exposure makes the difference ;-)

colors and mirror-view of reflected sky are great. I guess God's hand with you :) there is no waving and shaking on boat then it has very sharp view.

The composition is simple but very effective. The lighting and colours are great with nice sharpness and detail. I like a lot this incredible reflection on the surface of the calm water. Congratulations! It is a pleasure looking at this picture.

This is a gorgeous image.You took the trouble for this photo so, it is in a worthy manner.Although the reflection of the kayak was cropen, it is still amazing shot.

Hello there, going thru your pictures, there are so many fantastic ones, like this eye catcher. Great colors and perfect framing. A great job! It's nice to see good photographers coming from the Philippines, as they are not so many, photography isn't really popular. Very well done!
