Photographer's Note
The Oblation, a symbolic gesture of sacrificial offering of service to country and humanity is a masterpiece of Filipino sculptor Guillermo Tolentino. Commissioned in 1935,this identifying landmark of University of the Philippines also translates the second stanza of Jose Rizal's "Last Farewell".

Hi Carol
Good graphism of the golden statue & the 2 fg people add scale. The head of the statue is well positioned on the 1/3 horizontal axis. Reasonable sharpness but I would place the copyright on the border if at all. Most publishers want the full size raw image, not the 300 kb compressed versions uploaded to TE. I'm hoping to make it to Bohol & Alona Beach / Cebu next year. Tfs!
